Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 June 2026
We want clinics to feel confident adopting AesthOS. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for subscriptions to the AesthOS Clinic Suite (the "Service"), provided by Jaiswal & Jain.
1. Free Trial
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial of paid features. No card is required to begin the trial, and no charge is made unless you upgrade.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid month on AesthOS, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid invoice. We will refund the full amount to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
After the 30-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from workspace settings; the subscription will remain active until the end of the period already paid, after which it will not renew.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion if you cancel within the first 60 days of the annual term. After 60 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active for the full paid year.
5. Add-ons & Message Credits
Consumable add-ons such as WhatsApp / SMS message credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of demonstrable service failure on our part. Unused credits remain available for 12 months from purchase.
6. Service Failures
If the Service is materially unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, we will issue a service credit on request, calculated pro-rata against your monthly subscription. Service credits are not paid out in cash.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@aesthosclinicsuite.com from the account owner's email address, with your workspace name and the invoice you would like refunded. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing concerns directly and faster than your bank can.
