These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the D'TANIQUE Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic website, online booking portal, patient dashboard, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

• "Clinic" / "We" / "Us" refers to D'TANIQUE Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic, its owners, staff, and affiliates.
• "You" / "Patient" refers to any individual using the Services or receiving treatments.
• "Services" includes all aesthetic, wellness, and dermatology treatments, online bookings, consultations, and digital platforms provided by the Clinic.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The Services are provided for cosmetic and wellness purposes and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of disease. Our practitioners are licensed professionals; however, individual results may vary. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns. We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• A valid phone number is required for confirmation and reminders.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit a prepaid session.
• The Clinic reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session for disruptive behaviour or health risks.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless a package or membership plan is active.
• Refunds for prepaid packages are at the sole discretion of the Clinic and may be subject to a processing fee.
• No refunds are given for services already rendered or for change of mind after a treatment has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including logos, images, text, videos, and treatment descriptions — is the property of D'TANIQUE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or other users' accounts.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Harvest or collect personal data of other users without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D'TANIQUE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D'TANIQUE, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Gujarat. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
